This Privacy Policy describes how Euclid Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information through TalentFlow, our recruiting analytics platform.

1. Information We Collect

a) Account Information

When your account is provisioned, we store your name, email address, and assigned role. This information is provided by Company administrators and is necessary to operate the service.

b) Usage Data

We collect basic usage data including login timestamps, pages visited, and chatbot queries to improve the service and monitor system health.

c) Google Account Data

If you choose to connect your Google account for AI features, we receive and store:

• OAuth access token and refresh token — used to call the Google Generative Language API (Gemini) on your behalf.
• Basic profile info (name, email) — used to identify your linked account.

We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or any other Google service. The only Google API we call with your token is the Generative Language API for AI chatbot functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service operation: Authenticating users, enforcing role-based access, and displaying personalized data.
• AI features: Processing chatbot queries through Gemini API using your personal token (if connected) or shared API keys.
• Analytics: Aggregating usage patterns to improve TalentFlow features.
• Security: Detecting unauthorized access and maintaining audit logs.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Google APIs: When you use AI features, your chatbot query is sent to Google's Generative Language API (Gemini) for processing. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI APIs: As a fallback, queries may be sent to OpenAI for processing, governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored on secure servers managed by Euclid Innovations.
• Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in our database and transmitted only over HTTPS.
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorized IT personnel.
• We use role-based access control to ensure users only see data relevant to their role.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your employment or engagement with Euclid Innovations. When your account is deactivated, your personal data (including any linked Google tokens) is removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Disconnect Google: Remove your linked Google account at any time from your profile page, which immediately deletes your stored tokens.
• Access your data: Request a summary of what personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion: Ask us to delete your account and associated data.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

TalentFlow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only request the minimum scopes necessary for AI chatbot functionality.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
• We do not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
• Access to Google user data is limited to the operations necessary to provide TalentFlow's AI features.

8. Cookies

TalentFlow uses session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the application.
